JOHNSON COUNTY, IL – A fatal car wreck was reported in Johnson County on Thursday afternoon, according to KFVS.
Illinois State Police said the crash took place near the intersection of Illinois 146 and Illinois 37 at about 12:20 p.m. One person died at the scene. No other vehicles were involved. No further information was released on the victim, or the circumstances that led to the incident.
ISP Troup 10 responded to the scene and is investigating the cause of the accident.
