PERRY COUNTY, IL – A motorcycle rider was killed in a multi-vehicle accident in Perry County early Tuesday morning, according to WSIL
The fatal wreck occurred in the area of State Highway 127 and State Highway 152 at about 4:40 a.m. Illinois State Police said a motorcycle, a truck tractor semi-trailer, and a passenger vehicle were involved in the collision.
The motorcyclist died at the scene. The roadway was closed for over six hours while the crash was being cleared and investigated, reopening at about 11 a.m.
