KC: Driver hurt after rear-ending another vehicle in Middleton Township

MIDDLETON TOWNSHIP, MO – According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a driver was hurt when she struck the rear of another vehicle near  Goodwin Rd and MO 23 on Thursday.

A 43-year-old woman was driving a 2014 Chrysler south on MO 23 when she collided with the rear of a 2005 Lincoln operated by a 51-year-old man around 8:15 p.m.

The 43-year-old woman traveled off the road and into a field following the collision.

Rescue crews transported the 43-year-old woman to an area hospital with minor injuries.

The 51-year-old man was not hurt in the wreck.
