SAVANNAH, MO – According to KCTV, a man died in a single-vehicle collision on State Highway C near State Highway E on Monday.
A 23-year-old man was driving a 2003 Dodge Ram east on State Highway C when he strayed into oncoming traffic, overcorrected, and strayed off the left side of the road before hitting a fence and coming to rest.
First responders pronounced the driver dead at the scene. He was not wearing a seatbelt.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
