KC: Motorcyclist crashes, falls 35 feet below US 169

KANSAS CITY, MO – According to FOX 4, a motorcyclist was hurt after following 35 feet below US 169 NB near MO 9 on Saturday.

A man was riding a blue Kawasaki motorcycle at high speeds in a construction zone when he failed to negotiate a curve and crashed into a barrier around 3 p.m.

The motorcyclist was ejected from the motorcycle and fell 35 feet.

A Union Pacific Train crew saw the motorcyclist fall and contacted first responders.

Rescue crews transported the motorcyclist to an area hospital in critical condition.
