LIBERTY TOWNSHIP, MO – According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, three teens were hurt in a single-vehicle collision at Lake Road and Pleasant View Drive on Saturday.
A 19-year-old man was driving a 2023 Hyundai Elantra east on Lake Road when he went airborne on a hill and hit a fence before going airborne a second time and slamming into a tree around 7:53 p.m.
First responders transported the driver, another 19-year-old man, and a 14-year-old boy to an area hospital with serious injuries.
All three occupants were wearing seatbelts.
