RUSSELL, MO – According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, one person was hurt in a head-on collision on State Highway AA near Independence Drive Wednesday morning.
A 55-year-old man was driving a 2009 Dodge Caravan south on State Highway AA when he strayed into oncoming traffic and hit a 2024 Subaru Legacy operated by a 69-year-old woman around 11:45 a.m.
First responders transported the 69-year-old woman to an area hospital with minor injuries.
Both drivers were wearing seatbelts.
