MO: Driver injured in rollover crash on Hwy D near Wappapello

WAYNE COUNTY, MO — A 33-year-old man was injured Monday morning as a result of a rollover collision on Highway D near Wappapello, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The collision occurred near Wappapello Civic Center and was first reported at 9:30 a.m.

A preliminary investigation indicates a man was driving a 2005 Chevrolet Uplander northbound when it veered off the right side of the roadway, collided with a ditch, and rolled onto its side.

The man was transported by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center with minor injuries.

No other occupants or vehicles appear to have been involved.

The Chevrolet, which was totaled during the accident, was towed from the scene.
