MO: Driver rear-ends another vehicle on I-29 near St. Joseph

ANDREW COUNTY, MO – According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a driver was hurt when she collided with the rear of another vehicle on I-29 SB one mile north of St. Joseph on Wednesday.

A 52-year-old woman was driving a 2005 Mazda 3 south on I-29 when she hit the rear of a 2012 Toyota Sienna operated by a 43-year-old woman who had slowed down for congestion.

A private vehicle transported the 52-year-old woman to an area hospital with minor injuries.

Both drivers wore seat belts.
