MO: Troopers investigate 2-vehicle collision near Midway

BOONE COUNTY, MO – The Missouri State Highway Patrol is investigating a 2-vehicle crash that injured one person on I-70 near Hwy J on Tuesday.

A 57-year-old female was driving a 2021 Subaru Outback east on I-70 around 9 a.m. when she collided with the rear of a 2005 Toyota Highlander operated by a 22-year-old male.

The Outback came to rest after hitting the median cable barrier.

Rescue crews transported the 57-year-old female to an area hospital with moderate injuries.
