MO: Troopers investigate 2-vehicle crash in Dekalb County

DEKALB COUNTY, MO – The Missouri State Highway Patrol is investigating a two-vehicle collision that occurred at US 169 and Rt E on Tuesday.

A 23-year-old man was operating a 2015 Ford Escape when he slammed into the rear of a 1995 Kenworth semi-truck driven by a 26-year-old man who was slowing down to turn east onto Rt E around 9:55 a.m.

Rescue crews transported both drivers to an area hospital. The 23-year-old man was admitted with serious injuries, and the 26-year-old man had minor injuries.
