SPRINGFIELD, MO – The Missouri State Highway Patrol is investigating a two-vehicle collision that occurred at Business Interstate 44 and Haseltine Road late Wednesday morning.
A 53-year-old woman was driving a 2019 Nissan Pathfinder east on Business Interstate 44 when she ran a flashing red light and collided with a southbound 2015 Dodge Ram operated by a 25-year-old man around 11:54 a.m.
First responders transported the 53-year-old woman and her 13-year-old female passenger to an area hospital with minor injuries.
Everybody involved in the crash was wearing a seatbelt.
