ST. LOUIS COUNTY, MO – Two children were hurt in a multi-vehicle collision on Interstate 270 Monday morning, according to KSDK.
The crash occurred on Interstate 270 near Old Halls Ferry Road around 5:45 a.m.
First responders transported a 3-year-old and an 8-year-old to area hospitals in serious condition.
Following the collision, crews shut down four lanes of Interstate 270. The area was reopened around 9 a.m.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
