JEFFERSON COUNTY, MO – Authorities are investigating a collision that claimed the life of a bicycle rider in Jefferson County, according to KSDK.
The deadly accident occurred Sunday night in the area of Nadine Drive and Old State Route 21 near Hillsboro. The Missouri State Highway Patrol stated that a person riding a bicycle was hit by a car at that location just before 8 p.m.
The driver of the car stayed at the scene and cooperated with investigators. No information was released regarding the identity of the victim.
