CARSONVILLE, MO – A driver struck and killed an elderly man near North Hanley Road and Katherine Avenue Sunday night, according to FOX 2 Now.
A driver hit Justo De Jesus Hernandez Turcioz, 73, around 10 p.m. Turcioz died from his injuries.
The driver initially fled the scene but came back. They are cooperating with authorities.
The St. Louis County Police Department is investigating the incident.
