STL: Motorcyclist injured in rollover crash on MO-09 near St. Charles

ST. CHARLES COUNTY, MO — A 36-year-old man was sent to the hospital Sunday evening following a motorcycle accident on State Highway 94 near St. Charles, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The accident happened on the eastbound lanes south of Soldiers Drive, near Weldon Spring Site Interpretative Center. It was first reported at 6:38 p.m.

Officials said a 36-year-old St. Louis man was operating a 2020 Kawasaki ZX6R eastbound when the he failed to negotiate a curve, veered off the right side of the roadway, and then overturned.

St. Charles County Ambulance District crews had the rider transported to Mercy Hospital St. Louis for minor injuries.
