LOUIS, MO – Two people were injured in a car crash on I-70 just east of I-170 Sunday night, Missouri State Highway Patrol reports.
According to the crash report, a 19-year-old man was traveling westbound in I-70 in a 2006 Dodge Ram around 9:55 p.m. when they attempted an unsafe lane change and struck a 2022 Chevy Equinox driven by a 19-year-old woman. Both vehicles ran off the roadway and struck the concrete traffic barrier.
The drivers were transported by Northeast Fire and Protection to Barnes Jewish Hospital with moderate injuries.
